Tuna Pancakes + vegan option

This recipe is easy, fast and yummy!
You can make it as breakfast, lunch or as a snack.

What do you need ?
1 can of tuna
1 tablespoon mayonesa
1 middle large egg
Herbs what you like. We used pepper, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, union powder, dried oregano.

ꕥ instead of garlic and union powder you can use 1 glove garlic and 1/4 union.

This is for 1 person, 3 little pancakes.

How to make ?
Step 1. let the water or the oil out of the can tuna
Step 2. put everything in a bowl and mix
Step 3. Now bake the mixture how you used to bake pancakes.

Vegan Option!

What do you need ?

1 cup of cauliflower rice
herbs what you like. We used pepper, salt, garlic powder, union powder, dried oregano.

This is for 1 person, 3 little pancakes.

ꕥ instead of using garlic powder and union powder you can add 1/4 of an union and 1 glove garlic.

How to make ?
Step 1. mix all together
Step 2. Bake how you normally bake pancakes
