Egg Cups

This recipe is great as breakfast, lunch or in between! It is super easy, super fast and super yummy!


๐‘พ๐’‰๐’‚๐’• ๐’…๐’ ๐’š๐’๐’– ๐’๐’†๐’†๐’… ๐’‡๐’๐’“ 1 ๐’‘๐’๐’“๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ (3 ๐’„๐’–๐’‘๐’”)?
3 medium eggs
1 mushroom
Few leaves of spinach
Season what you like. We used pepper, salt, garlic powder, and coriander
Muffin cups

๐‘ฏ๐’๐’˜ ๐’•๐’ ๐’Ž๐’‚๐’Œ๐’†?
Step 1. Heat the oven to 175 ยฐc
Step 2. Mix the eggs and all the herbs together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3. Cut the mushroom into little cubes and divide it over the cups.
Step 4. Cut the spinach small and add those also.
Step 5. Take the egg mixture and divide it also over the cups.
Step 6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes

๊•ฅTip! Add grated cheese before adding the eggs for a cheese flavor.

It takes about 30 minutes to make.
