3 medium eggs
Few leaves of spinach
Season what you like. We used pepper, salt, garlic powder, and coriander
𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆?
Step 1. Heat the oven to 175 °c
Step 2. Mix the eggs and all the herbs together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3. Cut the mushroom into little cubes and divide it over the cups.
Step 4. Cut the spinach small and add those also.
Step 5. Take the egg mixture and divide it also over the cups.
Step 6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes
ꕥTip! Add grated cheese before adding the eggs for a cheese flavor.
It takes about 30 minutes to make.
