Blueberrie smoothie

Smoothies are easy and fast to make. They maybe don´t look always that nice by color but they have a nice taste and they have health benefits. We can use them for breakfast or as a snack. What more do we want ?

What do you need?
2 bananas
hand full frozen blueberries
hand full of spinach
big splash of coco milk (or cocos-rice milk)
water as necessary

How to make ?
Step 1. Cut everything into pieces
Step 2. Put everything in the blender
Step 3. Blend until it is a smooth mixture. Add more water if necessary.
Step 4. Done.
