Who doesn´t know it or doesn´t have it in there kitchen, Baking Soda.


Baking Soda has endless other uses :
– As a ingredient in the beauty kitchen (facemasks, deodorants, sunburn relief, teeth whitening etc).
– For blood sugar problems
– For insect bites and various skin problems
– For the cold and flu
– To lower cholesterol levels
– To normalize blood pressure
– For muscle pain relief
And much more!


We all try to stay as healthy as possible and to prevent as many diseases as possible, it´s important not to acidify. This happen unfortunately sometimes automatically. But you can keep it under control if you start the day with your homemade Alkaline water!

Making your own Alkaline water with Baking Soda keep the pH value of your blood optimal. This makes the purchase of expensive water filters completely unnecassary.

How to make the water ? Super easy! You fill a 1 liter bottle of tap water with 2/3 teaspoon Baking Soda and dissolve it well. You drink this about half an hour before your breakfast on an empty stomach. Is it too hard to drink for you, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

PAY ATTENTION
– Keep the balance. Do not use more than 2 teaspoons of Baking Soda per day! It can have a laxative effect.
– It is really important you take this drink on an empty stomach. So don´t drink it after a meal, at that time you need to acids for your digestions.
– Better not to take the water before going to sleep, especially if you are already a difficult sleeper. It can make you feel quite energized.
– Don´t drink it everyday
